We accept items in great condition, so our shoppers can enjoy "Like New" shopping.

Any items with a stain big or small, will be denied. Deodorant stains are also a common  reason we deny items.

White Vinegar is really good at removing deodorant stains!

A quick wash and spot treatment is great for stains. Dawn dish soap or baking soda for grease, 

"Pilling" are those little fuzzies that form on worn down clothing. Most common in the armpits, inner thighs, and high rub areas. Pilling is sometimes inevitable, but it is possible to reverse!

A "Pill Shaver" machine is a cheap fix! It's a small machine that shaves away all those annoying fluffs and makes the item look brand new again! A quick shave means we can accept your item and get more money out of it, so it's a win win! 

Shoes get dirty and worn down fast!

Even brand new shoes start cracking after being stored for a few years!

Shoppers won't buy soiled worn down shoes so we won't accept them.

How to fix?

A magic eraser around the sole quickly removes dirt and scuffs! Storing your shoes with a form in them, helps the shoe keep its shape so it doesn't get smooshed down and creased!

Wrinkle Release Spray:

32 oz water

4 TBS Fabric Softener

This simple recipe magically de wrinkles clothing items! Do a hefty spray and let it dry, Ta Da wrinkle free! Way faster and easier than ironing!

No one wants to buy a stinky item!

Items that have Body odor, smoke odor, or musty storage odor can not be accepted. 

A simple run through the wash gets rid of odors you didn't even know were there! There are also quick sprays that remove odor, the method is up to you!
